【Singer Songwriter: Sophy Wong】近距離欣賞本地獨立歌手的騷靈歌聲

王嘉儀Sophy 是香港唱作歌手、製作人。她風格融合流行、另類電子、Soul R&B音樂。Sophy於2016年推出首張個人創作EP《Sophrology》，2017繼推出第二張個人EP《Quarter》，更於2023推出首張全長專輯《水性揚花》，融合電子、舞曲、爵士、PBR&B、騷靈等多風格的音樂作品，形塑個人色彩濃烈的風格。

她亦善於探索音樂與藝術的關係，如為《美麗新世界》MV買views，回應曲中科技世界一切疑幻似真。於2021年，受周耀輝邀請，與亞洲藝術文獻庫合作製作並統籌《留念》，於同年六月在大館作展示與表演。

這次Sophy與琴手Bowen Li合作，除了改編自己的原創曲目，更會翻唱一些本地及海外歌手曲風獨特的歌曲，包括王菲, Bjork等。

Sophy Wong is A Hong-Kong born singer-songwriter/ producer, fusing Pop, Electronica and Soul R&B music. Sophy debuted in 2016 with self-produced EP《Sophrology》and《QUARTER》in 2017. In 2023, she released full-length album《FLUID》as the producer, which consists of a wide range of genres like Alternative, Electronic, Dance, Soul, R&B and Synth Pop etc, forming her musical style and eclectic artistry.

Sophy explores the boundaries of music and art, like buying views for the MV of Brave New World to respond to the illusionary modern world depicted in the lyrics. In 2021, in collaboration with lyricist Chow Yiu Fai’s residency at Asia Art Archive, SOPHY co-wrote and co-produced 《CONNECTIVE MEMEORIES 》and followed up with live concert and display at Tai Kwun Contemporary

Sophy will be collaborating with pianist Bowen Li, rearranging her own original compositions, plus covering eccentric songs by both local and international artists, including the likes of Faye Wong and Björk.
