來自蘇格蘭的獲獎薩克斯風手、作曲家及樂團領隊 Scott Murphy，自 2018 年移居香港後，曾與多位格萊美得主、世界級爵士音樂家及流行巨星同台或錄音，合作名單包括 Kendrick Scott, Will Vinson, Janek Gwizdala 以及香港本地指標張敬軒 (Hins Cheung)、林子祥 (George Lam)、RubberBand 與國際傳奇歌手 Billy Ocean。 

曾受 BBC 委託創作，作品亦曾登上新加坡爵士節等國際舞台。最新專輯《a dream of form》集結了全球頂尖陣容（Janek Gwizdala, Daniel Chu, Padget “Fresh Kid” Nanton III）。 

本次演出，Scott 將聯同鍵盤手 Bowen Li 與歌手 Rachel Sung，帶來一系列以父母、生命經歷及啟發，為題的原創曲，並穿插多首深受喜愛的Standards。整場氛圍將定調在溫馨、正向且觸動人心，在真摯的情感流動中也少不了幽默的趣味，帶給聽眾溫柔的共鳴與會心微笑。 

Award-winning Scottish saxophonist, composer, and band leader Scott Murphy has become a globally recognized artist since relocating to Hong Kong in 2018. Known for his ability to connect emotionally with audiences, Scott has performed alongside multiple Grammy™ winners, world-acclaimed jazz artists, and numerous Pop stars, including Kendrick Scott, Will Vinson, Janek Gwizdala, Hins Cheung (張敬軒), George Lam (林子祥), Rubberband, and Billy Ocean.

A prolific composer, Scott’s work has been commissioned by the BBC and featured at major festivals like the Singapore Jazz Festival. His most recent project, “a dream of form,” features all-star collaborations with bass icon Janek Gwizdala, keyboardist Daniel Chu, and drummer Padget “Fresh Kid” Nanton III, capturing a unique energy of spontaneous improvisation.

For this performance, Scott is joined by Bowen Li (keyboards) and Rachel Sung (vocals). The repertoire features original compositions reflecting on parenthood, life experiences, and inspirational people, alongside a selection of beloved standards. Expect an evening that is positive and touching, balanced with a touch of fun—a true musical celebration of life's journey.
