來自東京的三人放克（Funk）樂隊KENTACKY，即將首次在香港登台演出，為本地樂迷帶來一場充滿活力與律動感的演出。

KENTACKY的音樂以鮮明的放克節奏為核心，融合了爵士樂的即興精神與流行音樂的流暢旋律，營造出既具都市感又不失玩味的聲響風格。樂隊最具特色的演出方式，是經常在日本各地不同的風景地進行即興演出，讓音樂與視覺場景相互交融，為聽眾帶來耳目一新的視聽體驗。

樂隊三位成員皆是東京音樂圈中活躍且經驗豐富的樂手。結他手Kengo O Sato（大里健伍）與鼓手Takuto Okayama（岡山たくと）近期參與東京及大阪長期上演的著名音樂劇《Moulin Rouge》擔任駐團樂手。

隊長兼色士風手Ricky（大石崇史）曾參與傳奇雷鬼音樂人Roy Ellis的日本巡演，其主導的另一樂隊"Ricky with FSP"亦經常獲邀於日本各地音樂節演出，並自2017年起發表多張原創專輯如《Another Chance》、《Journey On》及今年的《Starting Over》，作品以流暢的爵士放克風格著稱。

這次演出將是KENTACKY首次與香港樂迷見面。對於喜愛放克、爵士融合樂風，或渴望感受東京當代節奏能量的聽眾而言，這是一個難得的機會前來親身感受！

KENTACKY, the three-piece funk band from Tokyo, is set to make their Hong Kong debut, delivering an energetic and rhythm-driven performance for local music fans.

KENTACKY's music centers on distinctive funk rhythms, blending the improvisational spirit of jazz with the smooth melodies of pop to create an urban yet playful sound. The band's most unique approach involves frequent impromptu performances at diverse scenic locations across Japan, merging music with visual landscapes to deliver a refreshing audiovisual experience for audiences.

All three band members are active and seasoned musicians within Tokyo's music scene. Guitarist Kengo O Sato and drummer Takuto Okayama recently served as resident musicians for the renowned musical “Moulin Rouge,” which has enjoyed long-running performances in Tokyo and Osaka.

Band leader and saxophonist Ricky (Takashi Oishi) has toured Japan with legendary reggae artist Roy Ellis. His other band, “Ricky with FSP,” is frequently invited to perform at music festivals across Japan and has released multiple original albums since 2017, including “Another Chance,” Journey On, and this year's Starting Over, known for their smooth jazz-funk style.

This performance marks KENTACKY's first meeting with Hong Kong fans. For those who love funk and jazz fusion, or crave the energy of Tokyo's contemporary rhythms, this is a rare opportunity to experience it live!
