畢業於劍橋大學音樂系的鋼琴手 Freeman Lok，早年奠定紮實的古典鋼琴功底，後將創作與演奏重心轉向爵士音樂，返港後迅速在本地爵士與流行樂壇建立個人聲譽。本次演出，他將與香港新生代爵士女歌手 Kelly Yau 合作。Kelly 擅長將爵士樂的即興和聲、流行樂與 R&B 相互交織，曾與 Ted Lo、Paulo Levi 等資深樂手合作，是近年活躍於 Fountain de Chopin、Visage One 等爵士空間的極具潛力聲線。

Freeman Lok 與 Kelly Yau 將帶來一場融合原創作品、爵士改編 Cantopop 以及細膩 Jazz Ballads 的演出。以Duo的編制，重塑大眾熟知的流行旋律與情感張力，帶來一場跨越風格邊界的對話。

Cambridge-educated pianist Freeman Lok built a solid classical foundation before shifting his focus to jazz composition and performance, quickly establishing a strong reputation across both local jazz and pop scenes upon returning to Hong Kong. For this performance, he collaborates with emerging local jazz vocalist Kelly Yau. Known for seamlessly weaving jazz improvisation, pop melodies, and R&B, Kelly has shared the stage with seasoned jazz figures like Ted Lo and Paulo Levi, proving herself a compelling voice across venue spaces such as Fountain de Chopin and Visage One.

Freeman Lok and Kelly Yau will present a program blending original compositions, jazz-arranged Cantopop, and nuanced jazz ballads. In an intimate duo format, they reshape familiar pop melodies and emotional arcs into a refined, genre-crossing dialogue.
