【Jazz Future: Danny Li x Will Chan】兩位本地爵士新秀的二重奏演出

香港爵士樂壇近年湧現不少新血，色士風手Danny Li和結他手Will Chan正是其中兩位值得關注的音樂人。  

Danny從爵士大樂隊開始接觸即興演奏，逐漸愛上現場演出的互動感。他曾在自由空間爵士音樂節、留白Livehouse等場地演出，享受與其他樂手在舞台上碰撞火花的時刻。  

Will是本地活躍的爵士結他手，創作過多首原創爵士作品。他的演奏風格樸實自然，注重情感表達，擅長將即興演奏轉化為與隊友的音樂對話。  

兩人在翻騰三周半相識後，開始嘗試二重奏形式。他們被這種演出形式的親密感吸引，希望能為觀眾帶來不一樣的爵士樂體驗。  

二重奏就像兩個好朋友聊天，只不過爵士樂手用音樂即興代替語言，讓我們期待這對好拍檔的演出！

Hong Kong's jazz scene has welcomed fresh talent in recent years, with saxophonist Danny Li and guitarist Will Chan emerging as two noteworthy musicians to watch.  

Danny first discovered improvisation through big band jazz, gradually developing a passion for the interactive nature of live performances. He has played at venues including the Freespace Jazz Festival and Laubak Livehouse, relishing those onstage moments of creative synergy with fellow musicians.  

Will, an active local jazz guitarist, has composed numerous original jazz pieces. His playing style embraces simplicity and natural expression, specializing in transforming improvisation into meaningful musical dialogues with bandmates.   

After meeting at Fountain de Chopin, the duo began exploring the intimate format of jazz duets. Captivated by this performance style's closeness, they aim to deliver a unique jazz experience for audiences.  

A duet is like two friends having a conversation, except jazz players use spontaneous music instead of words. Let's anticipate this dynamic duo's upcoming performance!
