Chiyan x Tsui x Nelson

Berlin-based pianist Chiyan Wong, a Royal Academy of Music doctoral graduate, is known for his visionary classical arrangements. His album SWING!, recorded with the London Symphony Orchestra, highlights his transformation of jazz elements by Maurice Ravel and Alexander Tsafsman. Expanding into jazz, he leads on piano alongside Golden Melody Award-winning guitarist Tsui Chin Hung and double bassist Nelson Fung.

Bringing together three musicians with deep classical roots and cross-genre vision, the trio will weave improvisation with structure at CODA, unfolding the classic trio dialogue into an expansive, nuanced sonic space.
