Alex Woods Trio feat. Nelson Fung and Nick Boloukas

畢業於紐約 Manhattan School of Music 的 Alex，早年便摘下 Yamaha Jazz Scholar 等多項英倫音樂大獎，其創作能力亦曾獲 Stoney Lane Records 簽約發行。從與 Jamie Cullum、Charlotte Church 等葛萊美級音樂人合作，到為荷蘭 Metropole Orkest 編曲，他的足跡涵蓋世界各大音樂節與爵士重鎮。

A graduate of the prestigious Manhattan School of Music in New York, Alex Woods earned multiple UK accolades early in his career, including the Yamaha Jazz Scholar Award, with his original compositions signed and released by Stoney Lane Records. From collaborating with Grammy-winning artists such as Jamie Cullum and Charlotte Church to arranging for the Metropole Orkest in the Netherlands, his footsteps have reached major music festivals and jazz hubs worldwide.

For this upcoming performance, Alex Woods takes center stage on saxophone, joined by Nick Boloukas on keys and Nelson Fung on double bass in a dynamic trio setup. The evening will feature a carefully curated selection of reimagined jazz standards alongside Alex’s original compositions, each showcasing his distinct musical voice.
