AGORA

由巴西色士風手 Paulo Levi 領銜的當代爵士三重奏「AGORA」，匯聚了三位履歷極其扎實且具備跨國視野的資深演奏家。出身巴西北部、深造於巴黎國立高等音樂舞蹈學院的 Paulo Levi，是首位進入該校即興音樂（歐洲爵士）體系的拉美樂手，曾與 Caetano Veloso、João Donato 及 Duduka Da Fonseca 等巴西與國際大師合作。同台的希臘裔美籍鍵盤手 Nicholas Bouloukos 曾獲蒙特勒爵士節鋼琴大賽獎項，並曾擔任 Dee Dee Bridgewater 與 Laura Fygi 的音樂總監；鼓手 Laurent Castor 則曾長年活躍於歐洲爵士場景，曾與 Michel Portal、Nguyen Le 等當代巨擘巡演。三位樂手在各自的音樂歷程中皆跨越了爵士、古典與世界音樂的邊界。 

演出將以當代爵士（Contemporary Jazz）視角重新梳理與改編的經典爵士標準曲，樂曲極度考驗三位樂手對當下空間的聆聽與即興反應，將經典 Standard 重塑為充滿呼吸感的現代篇章。 

Led by Brazilian saxophonist Paulo Levi, contemporary jazz trio "AGORA" brings together three seasoned international performers. Educated at Paris Conservatoire as its first Latin American improvisational music student, Levi has worked with Caetano Veloso and Duduka Da Fonseca. Joining him are Greek-American keyboardist Nicholas Bouloukos (Montreux finalist, music director for Dee Dee Bridgewater) and French drummer Laurent Castor (veteran of European circuits with Michel Portal and Nguyên Lê).

The trio will reimagine classic jazz standards through a contemporary lens. Stripping away rigid structures, the performance relies on real-time listening and reactive improvisation to give timeless standards a fresh, modern pulse.
