After settling in Hong Kong, she quickly became a central figure in the local jazz scene. In 2019, she won Best Female Jazz Artist at the South African Jazz Awards for her debut album 24 Strathay. She has performed multiple times at the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland and has also appeared with the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, demonstrating a strong command of the jazz tradition.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFor this performance, Talie Monin will lead a trio with guitarist Dan LaVelle and double bassist Jimmy Pittman, presenting a selection of jazz standards.
